AICC (AI Creator Crew) handles personal information according to the principles below. This page explains what we collect, why, and for how long.
What we collect
When you subscribe to the newsletter — your email address, exactly as you enter it in the subscription form.
When you visit the site — which article you viewed, your approximate country and device type (mobile/desktop), and which site referred you. We don't use cookies, and we don't store your raw IP address or browser details. To tell same-day visitors apart, your IP and device info are converted into an anonymous hash that changes daily and cannot be reversed.
Why we collect it
Email address — to send the newsletter. We use it for nothing else.
Visit statistics — to see which pieces resonate, informing what we publish next.
Processing entrusted to a third party
Newsletter subscription and delivery are handled by EmailOctopus (emailoctopus.com), an email marketing service. Clicking "Subscribe" takes you to a subscription page hosted by EmailOctopus, and only the email address you enter there is sent to EmailOctopus.
EmailOctopus's subscription page uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. This means Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Retention
Email address — kept until you unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom, which takes effect immediately with no further request needed.
Visit statistics — kept in anonymized form that can't be traced back to an individual, so no separate deletion schedule applies.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any email we send.
